Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse network.

Most orders within the United States are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier performance, weather conditions, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

Ember & Bloom is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delays

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at connect@emberandb.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
